Positioning and message
What the right customer needs to understand, trust, and remember.
Rebuild, the full build
A custom site shaped around how your business actually works, with the strategy, structure, design, and long-term support handled as one considered system.
The honest read
Most websites do not fail because they are ugly. They fail because they are unclear, out of date, or organized around a version of the business that no longer exists.
The work got better. Your reputation grew. Maybe your services changed, your team expanded, or the clients you want now expect more. Meanwhile, the site keeps telling the old story.
A Rebuild is right when the foundation is working against the next chapter, not when the paint simply feels tired.
That is why I diagnose first. If the structure is still sound, I will recommend a smaller move. If it is not, we build the right thing from the ground up.
What gets rebuilt
Every layer is designed to support the next, so the finished site feels coherent to the visitor and manageable to you.
What the right customer needs to understand, trust, and remember.
A structure that makes services easy to find and the next move obvious.
A premium visual system and language that finally match the work.
Responsive, accessible, search-ready work built for real devices.
A supported handoff with three months of ongoing care included.
A recent Rebuild
A Rebuild is about making the business easier to understand and easier to choose. The visual change is only the part you can see.

How I build
A good site should feel simple when it is finished. The thinking underneath it is what makes that possible.
Pages, navigation, and the customer path are decided before styling starts.
The smallest screen is part of the design process, not a correction at the end.
I help shape the language without sanding away the personality of the business.
Clean foundations make the site easier to maintain, extend, and trust over time.
The project sequence
You will know what is happening, what I need from you, and what the next milestone unlocks.
Goals, audience, current friction, and what success needs to look like.
Direction agreedThe sitemap, page order, and content responsibilities are settled first.
Blueprint approvedA focused design direction becomes a coherent set of reusable patterns.
Experience approvedThe system becomes a responsive site, followed by full quality assurance.
Launch readyThree months of Anchor cover real-world adjustments and ongoing care.
Continuity includedStraight about the cost
The right scope depends on the size and complexity of the business. These bands give you an honest place to start.
A focused site for a straightforward local service business. The core pages, built properly.
More services, more proof, and more structure for a business ready to grow into the site.
A fuller market-leading site for an established business with more complexity and ambition.

If a smaller move will do the job, I will say so.
Before a larger investment
If the business is ready to grow but the ideal client and voice are still hard to name, the Ideal Client Field Guide creates that reference before you commit to a Rebuild.
Built around a common worry
You see the structure before the styling, progress before the final reveal, and the support plan before launch. The project stays understandable because it is your business and you should know how the site serves it.
Questions answered
Foundation projects run from $3,000 to $5,000, Growth projects from $6,000 to $9,000, and Authority projects from $10,000 up. Your exact scope and price are agreed in writing before the build begins.
You might not. If a focused Refresh or an Evolve strategy session would solve the real problem, I will point you there. A Rebuild is for a site whose structure no longer fits the business, not one that simply needs polish.
The process is designed around visibility. We agree on structure before design, you see steady milestones, and every Rebuild includes the first three months of Anchor support after launch. You are never handed a mystery or left alone with it.
Timing depends on the size of the site and how quickly content decisions are made. Your proposal includes a realistic schedule, clear milestones, and the inputs I need from you at each stage.
I stay. Your first three months of Anchor are included for updates, maintenance, and the small adjustments that only become obvious once real people are using the site. After that, Anchor can continue for as long as it earns its place.

Tell me a little about the business and what the current site cannot do. I will recommend the right next step clearly, even if that step is smaller than a Rebuild.
